Hysteroscopic Synechiolysis (Asherman's) + Sub Endometrial PRP (NL0042)

This video demonstrates the hysteroscopic management of severe intrauterine adhesions (Asherman's syndrome) in a postmenopausal patient. The surgeon carefully identifies the uterine anatomy, differentiates adhesion bands from a uterine septum, and performs meticulous cold-scissor adhesiolysis while preserving the fundal myometrium. Throughout the procedure, practical tips are shared on locating the tubal ostia, avoiding excessive tissue resection, and recognizing the correct surgical endpoint. Following restoration of the uterine cavity, subendometrial PRP injections are performed to encourage endometrial healing and regeneration. This video is an excellent educational resource for surgeons managing complex hysteroscopic adhesiolysis
